Congrats to Shakira and Justin Bieber who were both honoured last night at the NRJ Awards receiving Lifetime achievement Awards. They both attended Shakira looking sexy in a short sparkly dress while Justin did his own mixed ensemble of casual meets smart. I find it slightly mad that Mr Bieber is already getting a lifetime achievement award???
